eBay global content and Creative

At eBay, I led the Marketing organization’s Global Content and Creative Studio, the Center of Excellence for written content at eBay. I oversaw an international team of over 40 writers, designers, videographers, content strategists, and producers to bring the eBay story to life through omnichannel creative executions and millions of global communications. I led the reinvention of buyer content experiences with the Buyer Inspiration track of work, onboarding for new eBay members in their First 90 Days, and the reinvention of the Seller Experience to emphasize storytelling and best-in-class design expression.

I also wrote content for major launches like Buyer Protections, supported international product launches and experiences like the App Store. I also spent some time managing the Content Design team within the Core Product Organization working through core product flows and experiences.
